Female Entrepreneurs: Mentoring and Lifelong learning across Europe

First Malta Mentoring Circle

The Foundation for WoDSC04381_1men Entrepreneurs is holding a series of mentoring circles as part of the FE:MALE project. These sessions are being lectured by Angele Giuliano the Director of the Foundation. These are aimed at women who wish to build their own business and are facing a “double disadvantage” meaning, that they are either coming from ethnic minority countries, are single parents or separated or  else over fifty years of age. These circles include various activities that will encourage these women in following their entrepreneurial dream and in going against any social barriers, which may be encountered along the way. They will be given the practical soft skills that would help them through this journey. Amongst other activities, during the duration of these sessions the women will be asked to reflect upon themselves to grow personally as well as develop concrete ideas on how to start the enterprise of their choice.

The mentoring circles are being held at the premises of the Foundation for Women Entrepreneurs in Hamrun. The participants attending are Ms. Mariella Agius, Ms. Louise Ciappara, Ms. Jane Chircop, Ms. Louise Gatt, and Ms.  Jacqueline Giordmaina. The mentoring circles will be going on once a month throughout the months of May, June and July.
