dv765004_47Inova launched the second round of the mentoring circles in the UK on the 27th of February and the second session took place on the 19th of March 2012. The meetings hosted eight participants from the Sheffield area, who were eager to meet other women in similar situations and share their experiences. Getting more focused on their business and having a nice time were identified as aims for the  meetings.

According to participants' feedbacks, the sessions were a good way to understand the problems faced by women when setting up a business, with chances for sel-reflection and self-development. The meetings were also said  to have reduced women's negative self-image, turning challanges into positive forces that could help them focus on clear business ideas and goal setting. We still have one meeting to go in a month time and a lot of work to be done!
